1. Scope of Policy
This Privacy Policy applies specifically to the personal and business information collected by PawDashers ("we", "us", or "our") from registered dog field owners, operators, and managers (the "Operators" or "Tenants") using the PawDashers SaaS dashboard.
We act as a **Data Controller** for Operator account details, subscription metrics, and dashboard access information. For personal information related to bookings made by Customers on your respective dog field sites, we act strictly as a **Data Processor** on your behalf, and you (the Operator) remain the Data Controller.
2. Information We Collect from Operators
We collect personal and business information necessary to provision, billing, and customize your booking tenant instance:
- Account Credentials: Operator names, business email addresses, password hashes, and OTP magic link login records.
- Tenant Configurations: Business names, public contact addresses, customer service phone numbers, domain configurations, custom logos, and opening hours.
- Financial Synchronization: Stripe Connect credentials, Stripe merchant accounts, subscription payments records, and billing zip/postal codes.
- Dashboard Interactions: IP addresses, access logs, dashboard preferences, and support correspondence.
3. How We Use Operator Data
We use your data strictly to manage and improve our booking software SaaS:
- To provision and render your custom field booking sites.
- To manage and invoice SaaS subscription plans.
- To send system alerts, payment sync notifications, and dashboard updates.
- To diagnose server errors and technical bugs in the Operator Dashboard.
4. Sub-processors & Data Sharing
We share Operator data only with sub-processors required to serve the SaaS application:
- Stripe: Facilitates billing subscriptions and Stripe Connect webhook routing.
- Cloud Infrastructure Providers: Host databases, application code, and email dispatch servers in secure UK/EU environments.
5. Dashboard Cookie Policy
The Operator Dashboard uses cookies and local storage items to authenticate sessions and secure forms.

As an Operator, you have the right to access your stored profile, request corrections, download an export of your site data, or request account closure and total erasure under GDPR rules. You can execute these requests by accessing the Dashboard Settings or contacting support.
