Operator Terms of Service
Last updated: June 19, 2026. These terms govern your subscription and use of the PawDashers SaaS platform.
1. Account Registration & SaaS Subscription
Welcome to PawDashers (the "Platform"). These Operator Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between PawDashers ("we", "us", or "our") and the private dog field owners, operators, and managers who subscribe to our platform (each a "Tenant" or "Operator").
By registering an Operator account, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our booking and management dashboard during your active subscription period.
2. Stripe Connected Account Integration
To process customer card payments for bookings, Operators must link their business Stripe account to their PawDashers tenant account using Stripe Connect.
By linking Stripe, you authorize PawDashers to facilitate booking transactions, record transaction history, and issue customer refunds on your behalf directly from your connected Stripe account. All financial transactions are subject to Stripe's Service Agreement.
PawDashers does not handle or store raw cardholder details and is not responsible for Stripe transaction declines, fraud disputes, or payouts.
3. Service Levels, Hosting & Uptime
We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime for the Operator Dashboard and your public booking pages. However, because our Platform relies on cloud hosting, external database servers, and third-party integrations (like payment and push-notification gateways), we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
We perform scheduled maintenance during low-traffic periods. We are not liable for any booking revenue loss or operational disruptions resulting from server outages, service drops, or hosting provider failures.
4. Operator Responsibilities & Compliance
As an Operator, you are solely responsible for:
- The safety, upkeep, and secure fencing of your physical dog exercise fields.
- Maintaining appropriate public liability and business insurance for your premises.
- Drafting and implementing your own field-usage rules and booking refund policies for your customers.
- Complying with local zoning regulations, land-use permissions, and tax reporting requirements.
- Handling your customers' support inquiries, complaints, and booking changes directly.
5. Billing, Plans & SaaS Subscription Fees
Operators agree to pay the fees corresponding to their selected SaaS subscription plan as published on the Billing section.
Subscription payments are billed automatically on a recurring monthly or annual basis. If a payment attempt fails, access to the Operator Dashboard and booking portals may be suspended until your account is brought to a good standing.
Refunds for SaaS subscription plans are handled case-by-case, but fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has commenced.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
PawDashers and its source code, database structures, graphics, templates, themes, and branding remain the exclusive intellectual property of PawDashers.
Operators retain all rights to their uploaded logos, field images, and business details. By uploading assets, you grant PawDashers a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and format these assets solely to generate and serve your public booking pages.
7. Platform Limitation of Liability
PAWDASHERS IS A SOFTWARE SERVICE PROVIDER AND OFFERS ITS SYSTEM "AS IS". WE ARE NOT DIRECTLY INVOLVED IN THE BOOKING AGREEMENT BETWEEN OPERATORS AND CUSTOMERS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAWDASHERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES, INCIDENT REMEDIES, CONTRACT DISPUTES, OR PHYSICAL premises DAMAGE. OPERATORS AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD PAWDASHERS HARMLESS FROM ANY CLAIMS BROUGHT BY BOOKING CUSTOMERS OR THIRD PARTIES RELATING TO EXERCISE FIELD ACCIDENTS, INJURIES, OR LAND DISPUTES.
8. Subscription Cancellation & Account Termination
Operators may cancel their SaaS subscription plan at any time through the Billing page in the dashboard. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the paid billing period, after which your account will downgrade or suspend.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in fraudulent actions, violate payment terms, or abuse our platform infrastructure.
9. Governing Law
These Operator Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of your subscription or platform usage shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
